Sales Position:
We are currently recruiting Sales People! Successful candidates will have a desire to sell cars and work in a fast paced environment. On average, we sell 300 vehicles a month! You must have a good driving record and provide a recent copy of your driver’s license.
The Sales position consists of greeting customers, determining the type of vehicle desired, test driving vehicles, describing and demonstrating features and benefits of the vehicles, negotiating the price, creating a profit, closing the deal, preparing the customer for the entire Sales process, customer follow up and retention. Training is provided.
In addition, a successful candidate will be neat in appearance, cheerful, have excellent communication and organizational skills (attention to details), customer service skills, and a sense of urgency. A positive, proactive relationship with the customer is essential to success in this position.
Internet Sales Position:
We are currently recruiting Internet Sales Managers! Successful candidates will have experience working in a high volume dealership and/or other automotive facility, preferably in the Internet Sales Department. On average, we sell 300 vehicles a month! You must have a good driving record and provide a recent copy of your driver’s license.
The Internet Sales Manager position consists of greeting customers via the Internet! You must be able to establish rapport and assess customer’s needs before they have entered our doors! This job entails an extensive amount of follow up via the phone and email! You will need to be proficient in both. You will need to determine the customer’s needs and type of vehicle desired, test drive vehicles, describe and demonstrate features and benefits, negotiate price, create a profit, close deals, prepare the customer for the entire Sales process, and manage customer follow up and retention.

Customer Service Position:
We are currently recruiting for our Customer Service Department. Successful candidates will have a desire to work in a fast paced environment and will help facilitate our Sales process. On average, we sell 300 vehicles a month!
The Customer Service position consists of meeting with Sales customers to review vehicle information such as warranty and maintenance, explanation of vehicle options, customer follow up, and provide general Sales support. Training is provided.
